Challenge Options: Choose What's Right for You:

Challenge Only: Dive into the challenge for just $60, which includes access to all the fun and a digital workbook.
Challenge + Classes: For $160, you'll not only get to join the challenge but also enjoy unlimited classes throughout the challenge period.
ADD ON: Printed Digital Workbook: Prefer pen and paper? Add on a printed workbook for just $20, ready for you to use and jot down your progress.

What you need to do during the challenge

Attend fitness classes regularly
Track your daily and weekly steps
Follow the provided meal plans and recipes

Photo Submission: To compete for the grand prize, participants need to submit their "Before" and "After" photos. These photos are key to evaluating your incredible transformations.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds once the challenge fee is purchased. This is because participants automatically receive access to the Challenge digital workbook upon registration, and it is a key component of the challenge experience.

We prioritize the health and safety of our participants above all else. Therefore, we do not endorse or allow extreme or unsafe methods during the Fit for Fall Challenge.
